Information you give us: when you use a form on our site (such as the volunteer sign-up) we collect the name, email address, and any message you provide; when you email us we receive what you send.
Donations: we do not process or store payment information ourselves — donations are handled by our partners, including the Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina and event platforms such as Event.Gives and RunSignUp, on their own secure systems and subject to their privacy policies.
Automatically collected: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service, to understand overall traffic; Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites — it reports only aggregate, anonymous statistics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to you, coordinate volunteers, acknowledge and steward donations, and improve our website and programs.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email and form-processing tools) and as required by law.
